Welcome!
I'm so excited to finally have the website ready to launch! Anybody that knows me, knows that I am the ultimate DIY person. Unfortunately, that means that I try to do all the things myself instead of buying the finished product. I am one of those people that just love the creative process and getting from the "nothing" stage, going through the "uglies", and then getting an awesome finished product.
We now have this awesome website thanks to Shopify and a cousin, Kayla, that helped to guide me and answer questions as got stuck. I also utilized google and a notes app on my phone (first time really using that sucker!) to keep track of what I needed to fix or work on. I will tell you that line one of my note was "Fix poop color on landing page". I laugh everytime I see that task checked off!
Over the years, I have put off really making a website like I really wanted, or even custom listings, because I couldn't figure out how I wanted to show what I can make when the options are almost endless. Ultimately, I figured I need to jump in and make it cohesive, fun, and fit our style. I have worked hard to show options, and while I know they are not showing everything or finished yet, I am ready to show the world my site. I will continue to add to it and where there are placeholders now, over the next few weeks those will be filled.
I hope there are no broken links or odd things but please send me a message or a comment if you see something not working right or just curious about an item. The good thing about building the website is that I am learning how to change things and fix what I break along the way!
I will continue to have my Etsy stores and I am going to try to link one of them here but my finished horsehair goods will remain only on Etsy for now...that will hopefully change over the summer. This website is mainly starting for custom options and ordering. I will be posting items that are ready to ship as I get them finished and photographed also, so stay tuned!
We are excited to get this journey going and Steven and I are reaching for the stars and dreaming BIG here! We have big plans for the future and we hope you will hang around and enjoy the ride with us!
